Pottery artisan, Peggy Clark, M.Ed. studied ceramics at Bard College at Simon's Rock in Great Barrington, MA. After operating her pottery schools for over a dozen years in Verdi/Reno, Nevada; Lambertville, New Jersey and New Hope, Pennsylvania, Peggy now works full time handcrafting her original line of decorative and functional pottery in her Coastal North Carolina studio. Clarkware's Rustic + Elegant Lace Pottery design celebrates Peggy's love of the Earth's shoreline and the joyful vibe of rest and recreation that beach vacations give us. It's glazes are done in classic white, cream and beige colors that blend in with every decor and are traditional for wedding gifts. Clarkware Pottery is food, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe and made of strong stoneware clay to stand up to the joys of everyday use.
